Joan Joseph is the Founder and CEO of Meridian Paralegal Services, LLC Firm. In August 2017, Joan was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as County Court Mediator and in 2018, as a Family Mediator. She holds a Law Degree from Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Economiques in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Keiser University.
Since 2016, Joan has provided freelance paralegal services to numerous clients an began to focus these efforts increasingly for law firms, therefore during the same year Meridian Paralegal Services, LLC was created.
Joan has worked in the legal field for over a decade as a Legal Assistant to Paralegal and Manager at local law firms. Joan followed her passion of resolving conflict through mediation. Over the past three years, Joan has work at the 19th Judicial Circuit and the 15th Judicial Circuit Palm Beach Courthouse as a contract Mediator. To date, Joan has handled over 400 county court including family law mediations. She is skilled at developing creative solutions to help individuals and attorneys resolve their cases and has a very high success rate at achieving settlement.
Joan has extensive work experience in a wide range of law including Civil Litigation, Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Foreclosure, Small Claims, Wills and Landlord/Tenant Evictions. Meridian Paralegal Services’ value propositions are centered on its ability to recruit bright, educated and trained professionals who can assist any small, mid-size, or large law firm. Those law firms will have the ability to hand the administrative tasks to senior-level paralegals while they work on the lawyering aspects of their cases.

IASIA B. WARD
Iasia Ward practices family law with an emphasis on Divorce and Paternity cases. Prior to joining Affordable Divorce Center, Iasia worked as a plaintiff’s attorney dealing with towing cases, working on both sides in business litigation and qui tam actions. Iasia’s prior experience givers her keen insight on how to walk a case from creation through completion.
As a Florida transplant, Iasia was born and raised in Queens, New York, Spent many years in West Virginia and Ohio. She received her Bachelors in Business Administration from West Virginia University while minoring in criminal justice. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Iasia participated in the collaborative family law clinic and immigration naturalization workshops to assist low income clients with completing the naturalization application.
In the years before, during and after law school, Iasia worked as a paralegal and she became familiar with Florida practices and procedures by conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, and drafting motions and responses. Upon obtaining her license she has taken that training and used it to be prepared in the practice of law.
Aside from family law, Iasia is passionate about estate planning and general litigation issues. In here spare time, she enjoys singing, reading, dancing and traveling.
TATIANA MJ WILSON
Tatiana is an experienced litigation paralegal providing direct support in discovery, in all areas of pretrial and trial preparation. She began her career as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant. She has particular expertise in the area of Title Examiner/Processor & Closer and foreclosure sales processor fields.
Tatiana assists attorneys and their clients with complex title research, property transfers, title commitments, final title policy preparation, recording of deeds and foreclosure matters, with emphasis in reviewing of publications and monitoring of sales process in general.
